2024 Giving Tree

The Giving Tree is a CPC tradition every Advent/​Christmas. In the gathering area at church, you will find a Christmas tree by the fireplace with ornaments on it. On the ornaments are giving options for 3 chosen CPC mission partners. Scroll down for this year’s recipients.

Mendota Elementary School

Christmas Wish List Gifts

We have received a list to provide the families of Mendota Elementary School with items they need. This year’s list contains specific gifts for 20 children — select scholars and their siblings. Gifts are needed by Sunday morning, December 15. Please choose a tag with a specific request from the tree in the Gathering Hall and return the gift to the tree on a Sunday morning or drop it by the church office during the week.

Luke House

Luke House Community Meals

Luke House is one of CPC’s longest mission partners. It is a center for community meals in Madison located just off of Williamson St. CPC members, along with other community members, serve meals to those in need. This year’s list of gifts include: cash gifts, balaclavas (winter face protection) and gas cards. Grab an ornament from the Giving Tree on Sundays beginning November 24! Donations are needed by Sunday, December 29.

Community Fridge

Madison Community Fridge

Throughout the year, CPC volunteers shop for food to keep the Community Fridge located in the CPC parking lot stocked with groceries and other dry goods. Give online by clicking the button below. Or bring your check to the tree on a Sunday morning, or to the church office during the week. If donating by check, please write Giving Tree – Fridge on the memo line. Donations are needed by Sunday, December 29. You can also donate food items at any time.
