Missons
Many in the church are engaged in local mission projects: welcoming and feeding the hungry at Luke House, building homes with Habitat for Humanity, participating in the Madison CROP Walk for Hunger, housing the homeless in our church through InterFaith Hospitality Network, and more. Financially, we help maintain mission work around the world including ministries in Palestine, Egypt, Mexico and elsewhere. We are building a special relationship with the town of Nyamagabe, Rwanda. Our support helps over 300 vulnerable children in the resillient, but AIDS-torn, country. Most important, we are committed to being a missional congregation that equips every member to understand themselves as participants in God’s mission to the world.
