Youth ministry has deepened this past year at CPC. Middle school Sunday School has become a place of investigating scripture by researching the times, culture, people, and geography it was written in.
A senior high girls Bible study focuses on building the girls’ relationships with God and each other under the care of Lisa West.
The Missions Trip was an amazing time of service, deepening relationships, and spiritual discovery, fueled by the congregation’s prayers. Finally, the 30-Hour Famine was a humbling learning experience of world hunger, local needs, and our own wealth and privilege.
We have also focused on strengthening family relationships. Both the Family Enrichment Conference and the Marriage Retreat this past year recognized the critical importance of families and marriages in ministering to our young people.
